GulfCoastSpeakers.com lists professional speakers by invitation only.  To be considered for listing you must be a professional speaker who resides in the Gulf Coast region.  Please do not submit materials for consideration if you do not meet this requirement.

SPEAKERS
Speaker packet should include the following:

  • Your city and state of residence.
  • Length of time you have been speaking professionally and in what states you have presented.
  • Bureau Friendly One Sheet
  • Bio
  • Inclusive Fee structure for Gulf Coast Events - please indicate any cities for which you have a geographical discount*
  • Information sheet on any publications/books
  • CD with pdf version of one sheet and fee schedule
  • DVD demo video (do not send VHS!)
  • List up to 8 topic areas
  • List industries for which you have customized presentations
  • Please indicate if you have a bureau friendly website.
  • Please mark "Speaker Submission" on the outside of your envelope.
  • Recent photograph - image can be a hard copy or emailed in digital format to info@gulfcoastspeakers.com

Please do not call.  We will notify you within two weeks of receipt of your submission.

* Please note that all fees quoted should be gross.

A complete policy/procedures document will be sent to you for approval/signature upon your acceptance for listing.  We welcome your recommendations of other speakers who would be of benefit to our clients.
